RETURNS & EXCHANGES
TO RETURN AN ORDER, YOUR ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please note that final sales are not eligible for a return.
Luna Furs reserves the right to reject return if it is not following our return policy. Returns that do not respect our return policy will be send back at the initial shipping address at your discretion.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
FREE RETURNS FROM CANADA
Send us your order number at info@lunafurs.com, we will send you a return number and a prepaid return label.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Send us your order number with a request for return at info@lunafurs.com, we will send you a return authorization with return instructions.
For shipping safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
EXCHANGES
Once we received your item, we can exchange your item with an other product at a same price. Please notice if the item you have selected is more expensive we will request you to pay the balance.
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed,a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
